We check all merchandise before it is sent to ensure it is in excellent condition. If for some reason an item is damaged when you receive it please let us know immediately, we would prefer to assess the damaged item and approve it for an exchange of the same value.
If you have ordered the wrong size we are happy to exchange the item with the correct size within 14 days of purchase.
Please note: Customers will be responsible for any postage costs incurred with returning a damaged or wrong sized item. We do not provide cash refunds.
