As I Lay Dying front man Tim Lambesis has pled guilty to solicitation of another to commit murder and faces up to nine years in prison with a $10,000 fine. This is on top of the 2 million dollar civil suit by his estranged wife Megan for emotional distress, medical expenses, punitive damages and attorney’s fees.
The sentencing of the case will take place on May 02.
