As I Lay Dying/Austrian Death Machine vocalist Tim Lambesis made his latest appearance in court yesterday only to be rescheduled for a readiness conference on February 19.
Tim Lambesis remains out on bail on a charge of solicitation of another to commit murder. He faces the charge after allegedly attempting to hide an undercover detective posing as a hitman to murder his estranged wife, Meggan Lambesis. He also faces a $2 million USD civil suit by Meggan for emotional distress, medical expenses, punitive damages and attorney’s fees.
